If today’s incredible ultrasound imaging was available when Roe v Wade was decided by the US Supreme Court in 1973 would it have decided the case differently? If the Supreme Court justices could have seen the minute details of unborn children that today’s ultrasound gives us would they have decided that unborn children need to be protected by law? We’ll never know, of course, but it still amazes me that people can see the humanity of unborn children through the power of ultrasound and still decide that these children can legally be destroyed through abortion.
